Alameda is full of amazing schools from k-12th grade. Growing up here was a great experience, being there are only a handful of primary schools and two high school you get to make lifelong friends at a young age and get to grow with them through high school graduation.

Alameda has many peaceful parks such as a double sided dog park(one for small dogs, one for big dogs), a nature conservation area, Crab Cove and Crown beach. The Parks and Recreation Department has an after school day camp throughout the school year along with a earth day festival, 4th of July parade and an annual beach clean up.
